By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PhySlim, including appointment reminders and scheduling, replies to messages you send us, follow-up and practice communications, billing and account notices, and occasional invitations to give feedback or leave a review. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or of purchasing any product or service.
How to opt in. Submit your mobile number through a form on our website, give it to our staff and tell them you'd like to receive texts, or use another consent method we make available.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
