We offer various prescription weight-loss medications, such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and phentermine. Our prescription weight loss medications offer personalized diet plans with ongoing support and guidance.
Your first visit at PhySlim is $99 and includes a body composition analysis, a vitamin B12/lipotropic injection, a physician consultation, and required lab work. Follow-up visits are $60. Medication, if it is part of your plan, is priced separately.
We accept HSA cards, Flexible Spending Accounts, CareCredit, and all major credit and debit cards. Current pricing is always listed on our pricing page.
We offer various facial aesthetic services, such as the application of Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®.
Compounded tirzepatide is available at our PhySlim South clinic on Lower Fayetteville Road, prescribed and monitored by our medical team. Tirzepatide is a prescription medication — it requires an in-person evaluation before we can determine whether it's appropriate for you, and it isn't right for everyone. We'll review your health history, current medications, and goals before anything is prescribed.
PhySlim accepts walk-ins during regular hours for follow-up visits. New patients should book a consultation, since the first visit includes a full evaluation and takes longer.
Both contain the same active ingredient. Brand-name products are FDA-approved; compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved, though the pharmacies themselves are state-licensed and regulated. We'll walk you through the trade-offs — cost, supply, and what the evidence does and doesn't show — so you can decide with full information rather than a sales pitch.
